Visiting this website
The site is static. It does not use cookies, local storage for tracking, analytics scripts, embedded players, fonts or images from other domains. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser identification) for the purpose of operating and securing the service; these logs are not used to identify visitors.
Writing to us
If you contact us by email, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to reply and, where an engagement follows, to prepare and deliver it. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Correspondence is kept for as long as the enquiry or engagement is active and afterwards only as long as the law requires, for example for accounting records.
Recipients
Your data is not sold and not shared for marketing. It is processed on our email infrastructure and, where an engagement follows, in the tools agreed with you in the contract.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal data, for its correction or deletion, for restriction of processing, for a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@decoding-labs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
